Step 2: Complete the form with your practitioner and clinic information.
Step 3: Email the completed form to dispensary@simplecures.ca.
Practitioner accounts can typically be set up within 12 to 24 hours.

Who we work with
Registered TCM practitioners in Ontario
Simple Cures Herbal Dispensary works with registered Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners (R.TCMP) who are licensed to prescribe Chinese herbal medicine in Ontario.
Practitioners must register with our dispensary before submitting prescriptions. We currently serve practitioners and patients within Ontario, Canada.
