How to take your herbal granules
Preparing your herbal granules at home is straightforward. Always follow the dosage instructions provided on the label of your herbal formula.
Use the provided measuring spoon
Your practitioner will tell you the recommended number of spoonfuls and whether your herbs should be taken before or after meals.
Measure
Place the recommended number of 1 g spoonfuls into a small cup.
Add hot water
Add hot water to the cup containing your measured granules.
Stir
Stir the mixture until the herbal granules have dissolved.
Drink while warm
Drink your prepared herbal granules while they are still warm.
