Cristina is a registered Acupuncturist and Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a member in good standing with CTCMPAO.
She completed her formal education in Advanced Chinese Medicine at the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TSTCM) and continues to deepen her clinical expertise through ongoing training and mentorship. Her commitment to lifelong learning keeps her practice rooted in time honored traditions while integrating the latest clinical insights.
Cristina offers a compassionate, attentive, and integrative approach to care, always looking beyond symptoms to address the root causes of imbalance. Drawing from the full scope of Chinese Medicine, she incorporates acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, cupping therapy, diet and lifestyle guidance to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
Her clinical focus includes the treatment of allergies, respiratory and digestive disorders, acute and chronic pain, gynecological health, stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances, headaches, and a wide range of complex or long-standing conditions.
